All insert printing will be done by you and brought to the Parish Office no later than Thursday morning for that weekend's bulletin. Please supply your own paper.
Submitting items for the bulletin
At Saint Alphonsus Liguori, all bulletin or display activities and events must follow Catholic teachings. Items for the bulletin must be received as early as possible as space is limited. ~
Due to deadines, please e-mail the completed article/flyer, in an editable format, at least 14 days prior to the publication weekend. E-mail your submissions to Deana at email@example.com. Please send the original document in either Microsoft Word or Publisher. Include a contact number and the dates you would like it to appear in the bulletin.
Any activity that is not parish based, will be placed in a section of the bulletin called “Beyond the parish” It will be text only, no graphics please. Please contact the bulletin editor for more information firstname.lastname@example.org .
Kiosk, Doors, Bathroom or Narthex items
If you would like have a flyer or notice in any of these areas, please hand deliver a colored original to the rectory or e-mail it to email@example.com. Please submit the item at least 1 week in advance.
Items which are placed it in these areas without prior knowledge or consent, may be removed. Placing an items in the bulletin or kiosk or any other location in the church does not guarantee that it will be in the announcements.
Submitting does not guarantee that it will be hung/displayed. Any items that are hung without knowledge or consent may be removed. Any display items which are past the deadline or event date may be removed.
Please do not post flyers or notices on the Kiosk or in the church areas. Please submit all flyers or posters you would like displayed in the parish/church/public areas to the parish office for consideration.
